SPECIFICATION DEFINITIONS

In order to build a functional system, our engineers specify all details of subsystems and components and search for reliable subpliers. Specifications are created according to ECSS standarts and can be easily incorporated into the project documentation.

OPTIMIZED MECHANICAL DESIGN

The mechanical design of our products is based on analysis from the very beginning. Using coupled CAD/FEM tool, our mechanical designers and analysts can minimize the number of design iterations. Experience with the product tree managenent for space flight projects is essential.

STRUCTURAL AND THERMAL ANALYSIS

Detailed structural and thermal analyses are essential for the space system development. Structural dynamics and thermal control using the finite element tool Nastran, Ansys, Thermica and ESATAN is out daily bread.

ADVANCED ANALYSIS

Computational fluid dynamics (CFD), fluid -structure interaction (FSI), shock problems, fast transient events, acoustics, inflatable structures, creep, fatigue....

Most of the problems on the Earth and in the Space are nonlinear and we know how to grasp them using the state of the art tools such as Ansys, LS-Dyna and others.

MANUFACTURING

Complete and clear manufacturing documentation and its management is conditional to a successful production . We keep close partnerships with renowned local manufacturing companies, therefore we can always offer components of outstanding quality.

We are in the certification process of our Additive Layer Manufacturing for space applications.

TEST EVALUATION

We conduct tests at specified facilities. By thorough evaluation of the test results and correlation of mathematical models, our engineers can confirm compliance of the article for launch or make design decisions. Comprehensible test reports for our customers are matter of course.
